BAKING THE NAVMESH

First, we will need to bake the navmesh in your scene so our AI can move. To do this, you will need to open the navigation part in your window. ( Window/AI/Navigation )

Secondly, you will see a new page opens. You can just not touch the values and press Bake. And that should be all. If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask for support!

You can change the values too if you want!
